Land of the Lost. I knew it would be awful, I was right. But when your girlfriend's already seen every worthwhile movie out, what the hell else do you do?

More recently, Public Enemies was quite boring, and Year One was funny occasionally, but kind of stupid overall.

Does it count if they were free theaters? I come from a town with a military base that showed movies for free about a month after they're released normally.

If so, then either "Son of the Mask" or "Funny People." Both were atrocious.

No matter how hot the girls I was with when I went to this movie, nothing will give me the six minutes I lasted through watching How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days.

Eragon. It wasn't that bad (I don't go to theatres a lot), but it sure was Cliché-y. It's a little like Star Wars' story in a LotR setting.

Okay, I'm going to list the things in the story that resemble the things of Star Wars' story.

SPOILER WARNING:

-The land is ruled by the evil king Galbatorix.

-Eragon is a farmboy who is to become a dragon rider. They were "the keeper's of peace" who vanished some time ago (coughjedicough)

-In the village there is an older man, Brom, who is later to be revealed as a dragon rider (even though it's easy to guess).

-After his Uncle is killed by the minions of the evil king of the land (Damn, Eragon sees his house and rides there even though Brom shouts something like "don't go there, it's dangerous"), he leaves the village with Brom to kill the evil king. First the try to find a rebel base.

-On the journey Brom teaches Eragon to fight and use magic (obi wancough cough cough)

-They go in a fortress of the enemy to save a woman. There Brom sacrfices himself to save Eragons life (though he dies later in his wounds).

-They find the Rebel base, and of course Galbatorix' army has followed them. Then comes a big fight (which doesn't really resemble the Death Star figh very much) which the good guys of course wins and the film ends.

SPOILERS END

Huh, that was much.

Worst movie according to IMDB: Epic Movie
Worst theater experience: Anchorman (I had to walk 3hrs there with a person I didn't like for a 90 min movie, followed by another 3hr walk back)

Cloverfield. Now I don't get motion sick at all but this crappy camera work got me damn close to losing my lunch on the big screen plus it was just a generic monster film to start off with.

LOL, If you read the book, you would expect that, but the movie STILL managed to butcher the book, which despite it's many flaws I still enjoyed.

"Right at your door" an entire two hour film that is just one long ending of a film and you couldn't care less about the characters.

Well, nowadays I don'y go to the movies unless I'm positive that I NEED to see the movie.. right then. Luckily, this means that I have very few bad movie (In theatres) experiences to draw from. To this day I have never walked out of a movie.

Having said that, 28 Days Later was horrible. Infact, I think we need a new word for how bad it was. I feel that horrible is not descriptive enough, but I won't get into the nitty gritty, as I can get quite descriptive.

Disorderlies. Look it up on IMDB since for most people here it's before your time. I'd also put the putrid Billy Madison on this list.

I don't particularly like cinema, though...last film I saw in a theater was Man on the Moon (the Jim Carrey/Andy Kaufman flick), and that was ten years ago. Passive entertainment bores the crap out of me (natch, as I'm a gamer for a reason!)

Edit: Also, I'd momentarily forgotten Police Academy 6, and I wish it were more than momentary.

It was either Street Fighter or Batman and Robin. I'm not entirely sure which was worse.
