Worst movie you've seen in theatres

Epic Movie. It was just so shit!
Indiana Jones 4. It was a good movie until a certain event near the end of the movie. Involving UFO's, and ruining the movie completely.
X-men Origins: Wolverine. I wasn't expecting much from it but I was so bored, nothing interesting happened for like 40 mins (when they finally put the admantium into him) but it got boring about two minutes later. Anytime it got close to becoming interesting some crappy cheesy fight decided to start.

Well, nowadays I don'y go to the movies unless I'm positive that I NEED to see the movie.. right then. Luckily, this means that I have very few bad movie (In theatres) experiences to draw from. To this day I have never walked out of a movie.

Having said that, 28 Days Later was horrible. Infact, I think we need a new word for how bad it was. I feel that horrible is not descriptive enough, but I won't get into the nitty gritty, as I can get quite descriptive.

I absolutely loved 28 Days Later. Rotten Tomatoes gives it a rather impressive 88, Metacritic 77. I've never actually met anyone who doesn't like it (apart from my mother, but she complained Donnie Darko was too violent so imagine how she reacted to this)

What is it that made you hate it so much? I think it's fantastic. After all these years its a zombie movie that's about the characters rather than just a vehicle for death and gore. And surely you can't deny the wonderful eeriness of the opening scenes of desolated London.

Or did you mean 28 Weeks Later? Cos that was kinda crappy. Took everything that was good about Days, threw it out the window and made a stupid generic zombie flick with unlikeably idiot children.

X-men Origins: Wolverine. I felt ripped off. There was no blood. I don't mean that a movie needs blood to be good, but it was so weird when they stabbed people and there was no blood on their claws/swords. And the plot was ass-retarded.

Sorry to single you out, I know this thread (this forum) is full of this kind of no-content post, you're just conveniently here (that, and I really liked Watchmen. Sure, it waters down the comic book, but it's still got the psychologically damaged characters with their utterly twisted moralities)

Where Obi Wan Kenobi leaves Anakin to die in the lava whilst cut in half, Obi Wan says "I looked to you like a brother!" that's my father's cue to say "If he looked to him like a brother, why did he leave him to die at the lava?" Plus some other things that we can't help but mock, but I'd rather not go on a rant.

The worst movie I've watch through to the end was 'The Heartbreak Kid', that godawful Ben Stiller film.

The worst movie I've Walked out on, however, is Definitely 'Alone in the Dark', for obvious reasons.

I was gonna say Star Wars Episode 3, BUT THEN I remembered The Golden Compass. That was the worst book-to-film adaptation I've ever seen, not to mention the worst film. The acting was awful (Ian McKellen, Daniel Craig and Nicole Kidman should be ashamed of themselves, and the little girl they brought in as Lyra was just terrible).

They changed the plot, edited out crucial concepts and revelations, and generally made a giant cock-up of the entire thing.
