I'd have to say there is no worse pain imaginable than a migraine. I've bust my head open, stabbed myself through the foot, had a tooth pulled, fell down a cliff, got sunburnt *there*, kicked in the crotch, smashed in the head with a steel bar, got chilli juice in my eyes, dislocated my shoulder but when looking hurts then "ho boy".
Migraines are merely annoying compared to what I have now, and I used to suffer from migraines constantly. Would rather have those back frankly.

Then you have my greatest sympathy.

I would say axe in my foot, but it wasnt that bad and didnt do much damage so I'd say when I was running around setting up the tents and I ran and rammed a tent pole between 2nd and 3rd toes on my right foot. It bled alot, couldnt walk for a couples days, and hurt some more than the axe would but still not that bad, the pole forced the gap between my toes to go even farther. This all happened a couple weeks ago.

EDIT: I also got my finger cut when some guy slammed down on it with his pocket knife trying to kill a tick. A sharp piece of somthing cut 6 suare inches of skin off, then i had to run through 200 ft of dirty water a ride my bike 15 min. before i got home.

Note: Why did I feel little or no pain for all of these?!?

Twisting my leg around and apparently ripping some sort of ligament. I was pissed drunk at the time, but my god did it hurt. I finally get to go for an MRI tomorrow to see if I need surgery.

I had the majority of my skin all torn off at once down to the final layer (and some of it even had that layer gone) in an accident. You name a body part, there was at least one or two huge, deep gashes.

That, or the time when I cracked my skull open when I was 3. They both hurt about just as much from what I can remember. lol

Had an ingrown nail on my big toe for half a year, then getting half of my toe(exaggerating)sliced of by a surgeon. The area was filled with numbing agent. But that went away in about 30 minutes. Stayed home for a week. Not the worst pain i imagine, but then again, I am pretty pain resilient and I've never broken a bone.
Had that a few times, too. Same toe even!

Second time I needed sutures. I messed it up and it got infected. Pulling those stitches out was the worst. I mean, think about what an infection feels like, and then imagine having it attached to a piece of string embedded half an inch inside the skin.

Third time my surgeon got tired, and decided to pull the nail instead. Now, that was very smooth - numbing agent just let me feel a slight "pop" and it was out. But the bandages I was wearing for, what, three months? Every evening I needed to change it, and every evening I tore out a bandage of dried blood out of the sensitive skin that is normally covered by your skin.

That was a little painful.

Being stabbed between the middle and index finger of my right hand with a large kitchen knife. It certainly was the scariest moment for me at the age of 4, if not the most painful.

I have Trigeminal Neuralgia so that. Not so much a memory though unfortunately.
That's the one where a selection of your nerve endings are basically in constant pain, right?

I've had some pretty bad migraines in the past, to the point where sitting in a room at dusk with the curtains closed and no lights on still caused such intense pain every time I opened my eyes that I wanted to vomit. And still, I'm pretty sure that was better than the depression. Just that didn't cause any physical pain.

No women posting about child-birth? I haven't done that but I was thrown off a motorcycle while wearing shorts. I rolled and bounced down a big hill, ripping the skin off my legs. I didn't break anything but I've never felt pain like I did that night. As a result I think motorcyles are evil and avoid them.

Physically? Not much. I guess falling on the metal bar on a trampoline (How did my skull NOT shatter?)

Mentally and emotionally? Having my father call me to tell me that he just murdered my mother and her lover, and that he was going to kill himself.

Clipping my big toe alongside a wooden frame, then subsequently having the nail ripped out, taking a nasty chunk of the side of my toe with it.

Jesus FUCK that hurt, still hurts a god damn million times more than it should when I even so much as touch it now.

Getting stabbed

seriously, there is no pain that compares that that shit, especially if you get stabbed with something that isnt sharp, but still punctures.
Now i just wanna know the back-story to that.
The only explanation I can think of: this person MUST be Kick Ass.

In all seriousness hopefully you're all healed now!!

Toothaches are really bad and might be the worst, i've had several at once, i call them Toothquakes because your entire mouth hurts so mnuch you dont know who the culprit is so you wanna smash them all. But i think the worst pain ever was when i popped my neck too hard and cracked it and pinched a nerve in my neck, i was paralyzed all morning, couldnt get up ._. that hurt almost enough to never pop my neck again.

Sprained my hand the second day snowboarding ever. My fault, I fell and didn't react the way you are supposed to, I tried to stop the fall by stretching my arms.
Hurt like a ***** to move the hand, people forced me to go to the hospital at the evening but I still went back onto the slope the next day with a little bit of snow in my glove to cool the hand.

I have never broken a bone or anything, so I guess my story is rather boring to some here.

Thorax correction surgery. Two cuts on the ribcage, place a metal bar under the sternum, turn it around so that the chest bone is pressed outside. Waking up with all the fun of 2 broken ribs and severed muscles in the chest area was really great, especially since the painkillers were too weak and taken away after 2 hours. Couldn't walk for about three weeks, had the fun of metal screws visible through the skin and a complete inability to do any sports for 3 years.

That pain you get from working out for the first time in awhile. It sucks getting back into it.

Uhm, this one time I got my thumb got in a hamburger patty machine at work. I am very lucky that I didn't loose my thumb that day. The funny part is that I didn't even break it. Just a massive bruise.

Broke my two front teeth in half in an accident in sixth-grade. They snapped so that the nerves were dangling out into the open air. It hurt to breathe, it hurt to shut my mouth, it hurt to do anything. Because my nerves were bare and dangling, exposed, with no protection! And to make matters worse, I had to go to the emergency dentist, who was a total dick and refused to give me Novocain or anything. He just kept poking and jabbing at my EXPOSED TOOTH NERVES with his fingers, so I spent an entire afternoon in screaming agony because of this stupid accident.

To this day, I can't eat popsicles because my teeth, although they've long since been patched up with dental porcelain, are still ridiculously cold-sensitive. :(
