Broke my wrist wrestling in the yard and nearly punctured my spleen from a bicycle accident. Also siffered a moderate/severe concussion in football practice and still stuck around for the rest of it... might be why I get headaches alot.

i slipped in a puddle of mud launching me back
luckily for my cleats they got caught locking my 1 foot down
my other foot is in the air making a right angle and a kid tackled me
dislocating my leg
i was next to the ball and a fat kid landed on me knocking back in

Point blank nutshot during a soccer match. Guy couldn't get by me so he decides (and I actually heard him say) "Fuck it" and kicks the ball as hard as he could. Right into my junk.
I had to be helped off the field and was crying for a good 15 minutes. I couldn't even stand up because I couldn't feel my legs. I actualy threw up twice on the sidelines.
I sat out the entire first half (it happened near the beginning) then got right back into it in the second.
I've cut my big toe right down to the bone and I only cried because I was afraid of blood at the time (IE tweve years old). I also stepped on a nail that went in the arch of my foot, and my friends claimed that I "Hopped home on one foot faster than I could sprint", and I'm a very good sprinter.

I got stabbed in the side and mugged up in the city. The guy just grabbed my wallet after stabbing me and ran. I then had to hobble my way to the nearest person that would help me get to a hospital. Nearly passed out from blood loss there, thank heavens for nice people. I've still got a scar.

Worse though was when my tooth got impacted, the pain got so bad i had to keep cold water on it or go into a pain rage, and I couldn't eat so eventually I started puking from to much water (I wasn't thinking very clearly)so I had to go the hospital and got 4 times the normal shot of pain killers, so someone had to keep coming by to lift my head up to stop me from drooling on myself, BEST DAY OF MY LIFE (I'm told)
I've been pretty lucky so I haven't had anything too bad. The one that sticks out though is trying to stand up from a laying position on the couch. As I extended my right leg the muscle stretched farther than it's supposed to and locked in that position. Needless to say, I fell over and was back where I started. Hurt like hell and I still get similar ones but that was the worst of them all.
I can safely say that breaking your arm straight off at the joint (or at least very fucking close) is not very fun or pleasant. Trust me - I've tried twice
