I read GamesRadar and one of my favorite articles they did was "Top 7 Worst Parts of the Best Games". I found it funny that even though these games are well known for being great there isn't a truly 100% perfect game. A part or a feature is bound to piss you off. So I thought this would be perfect for a thread. So how about it? What part or feature in some of your favorite games can't you stand?

Here's a few of mine:

Mass Effect 2: Planet Scanning (Boring but necessary)

Borderlands: The ending (if you can call it that)

Assassins Creed 1& 2: Beggar women, Crazies, and drunks (lute players in 2). (in Assassins creed 1 a shove from a crazy or drunk could break your cover fast and Beggar women because they're annoying.)

Mechwarrior 4: overheating. There is nothing more annoying in such a wonderful game.

Ratchet and Clank: A Crack in Time had this stupid weapon that was controlled via six-axis... or at least I think it was supposed to be. It didn't work, regardless.

@Guy above me: STOP RIGHT THERE, CRIMINAL SCUM

In Metroid Prime the ungodly amount of Back tracking you had to do, especially if you didn't actively look for the Artifacts while exploring, and how Awkward the First Person View made the Platforming are two minor complaints in an otherwise Amazing Game.

Collecting chemicals to complete that one puzzle in Penumbra: Black Plague.

It's boring, it's tedious, and worst of all, it's necessary to finishing the game.

I agree with the Borderlands 'ending', absolutely terrible. Great game though...

HEY, that is a staple of metroid. It needed to be there, else it wasn't metroid.

Ending of Borderlands definitely.

The base defense level of Tribes: Vengeance

Baldurs Gate 2 - Spellhold. (Admittedly it's great the first time, but on replays I can't wait to get off that damn island).

GTA games always have a few missions which are awful, such as Vice City's RC plane one.

Dreamfall has a few dull puzzles and horrible fighting bits. They aren't hard, just lame.

Diablo 2: LoD - The Ancients. Fuck those guys.

Still doesn't make it all that fun.
:)
Besides, i thought Bombing EVERYTHING if you got lost and Tubes were the Staples of Metroid.

Ocarina of Time: Water Temple. Seriously,
In the big tower in the middle where you raise the water, I found it hard to notice how one of the blocks lifted with the water, thus revealing a hole.
I wasn't very old at the time, but I almost gave up on it.

In The Best Game EVER!!! Animal Crossing while running and errand and you have been playing for more then an hour the citizens tend to wonder the town, (normal in real life so I'll let it slide) So you could be searching for awhile for said citizen.

The frickin' quick time events in the cutscenes in Resisdent Evil 4. The knife fight with Krauser was the worst. A long cutscene, with over at least 5 QTEs in it. If you fail once, you're restarting that whole cutscene

In Majora's Mask: The stone tower. I got sooooo sooooo sooooo soooooooooo sick of playing that song that replicates yourself, switching masks, playing the song again, switching masks....

Water in general in Zelda made it in GamesRadar's Top 7 List! But the water temple was the most hated.

In Half-Life 2 the part were you have to shoot down 3 walkers, 2 gunships, avoid fire from enemy soldiers, all without any sort of real cover.
