My mom works with black racists.
She is freinds with a white dance instuctor who has to fuss sometimes like all teachers do but she loves her students.Despite this some BLACK teachers have the idea that she bullies the students because most of em are black.
Do ya think they get called out?
Hell to the no.
This is unfair shit.
Due to years of negro suffering the world has the idea blacks can't be racist because they wouldn't dare retalliate BUT THEY DO.
Whites are treated to be a master evil race because of the PAST.
SLAVERY IS OVER.
SEGREGATION IS OVER.
GET OVER THE PAST OR THE PRESENTS WILL BE BE CRAP!
Im black and I think Im annoyed by my one race.
Because its made up of ungrateful for what their ancestors did douches who supposedly can do no wrong and cannot be portrayed as slang speaking rappers even though from a close point of veiw THATS EXACTLY HOW THEY ACT.
The most ultimate racism is demonizing of whites and treating blacks as heroes when correct many are sophisticated young minds but that would only be 10% to 20% of them.

*sigh*I god that was alot of typing
Okay, I do agree with you alot there, but it seems like you're making some stereotypes of your own. It's wrong to portray all black people as slang talking rappers beacause we aren't, I'm not, you're not, most of our leaders are not. If you're going to judge any race by their lowest members then you're clearly missing part of the story. Also, where are you getting those percentages for what you refer to as "sophisticated young minds"? Actually, I kind of agree with them, but I wouldn't have attributed them to our race only. Attending a mostly white school throughout my highschool years I could tell you that we aren't the only ones suffering from that problem.

Honestly, I understand your point, but you're using some pretty heavy-handed wording which makes it seem like self-hating racism. I hope that's not the case, but you should be wary as a real racist would really love to have your comments to take advantage of.

I've seen a skinhead screaming incoherently at people of a slightly different hue. Would have broken both of his fucking arms if he wasn't approximately three times my size.

I can say it was one encounter, but a person; he went to the same High School as me and was completely intolerant to non-English people (this is a Scottish school -.-). He was the most jingoistic person; he'd actually change the conversations to be about how English(more than British) people were the master race (i.e. a conversation about how much we disliked a certain teacher (who was British)). He also used to rage on about how British people were the best and we should deport everyone else or throw them all in prison; funnily enough I don't think he liked Hitler, probably something to do with the fact he wasn't British. Another funny thing was he wasn't very "white" himself; he actually had quite a swarthy skin tone and also was hideously ugly; he had a massive nose and radar-dish ears. Not surprisingly everyone hated him and pretty much made sure he knew that; one guy actually punched him for not shutting up one day.

I also used to work with a someone who was pretty racist; she swore everyone who wasn't white who came in must be about steal something or had under our noses; even a Portuguese woman whose husband also worked in the same place. She kept moaning that all these lazy foreigners were stealing our stuff; she was only there because she wasn't qualified for any benefits and called in sick as often as possible.

I live in a pretty rural place anyway and a lot of the older people are racist and so with a passion; I remember one woman whispering something to me about there being "blacks" in the back of the shop who were obviously going to steal something; she pretty much told me I should throw them out. Apparently Bangladeshi people aren't allowed to work in a charity shop.
I just find racism so disgusting because often the people who are racist are unpleasant without being racist anyway and kind of use their racism to cover the fact they are such jerks anyway. Personal experiences anyway.

I've had juice thrown at me.
Teachers at my primary school always made me answer any maths questions they had put up on the board, saying things like, "oh, you should know, with your educational upbringing and everything".
I've had several of my school assignments ripped up, stolen or otherwise destroyed and have been told to "go back home to Asia".
I've been socked in the eye about 18 months ago now. I'm half blind in the left eye. What the guy said after he punched me was, "not busting out your kungfu skills now, are you?"
I'm taking art in high school at the moment. I regularly get comments about how I should spend more time into the sciences and maths.
I guess Aussies will never learn - at least, not for a long time.

I once saw something EXACTLY like this:

Minus the car accident. I wasn't surprised really, there's alot of xenophobia here. I was just surprised he'd say that in public.

EDIT: It doesn't show for some reason: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fCFD-GfvK7Q

Agreed, that is one of the worst cases of racism in modern society. I'm being serious here.

How do I describe the last 20 years of my life? I can make a shortlist and you can be the judge of what was worse.

I've lost 5 jobs because of my black person status (they usually just n-word me.... a lot, and calling me buckwheat is also popular around here)
I was assaulted in high school (again, lots of n-words... bottles and rocks were thrown, and not shit was done about it by faculty member or local law enforcement)
I've been ejected from church... (not as much n-wording)
I've been ejected from places of business (very little n-wording, but my "kind" was not permitted)
I've been refused service at a restaurant (also a bar, but at least the owner was willing to call me n-words to my face, the restaurant manager was another of those "we don't serve your kind" people)
I won't even go into what my family life has been like, but let's just say one of my parents was not above making remarks about me either
I get harassed often when in public, which is why I'm a shut-in now, have been for most of these last two decades.
I've been n-worded by local police, so if something happens to me I don't exactly feel safe looking to them for help.
Little children have n-worded me.... that one stung a lot more than usual, though you never quite get used to it, even after all these years
I can disguise being half-black, and I generally do that as much as I can, but on occasion questions arise and I answer honestly, even knowing the consequences will usually be pretty goddamn negative. My favorite was a white girl I dated briefly that stated that the only kind of men she wanted to be with were whites only. I knew my future was not with her, but then this is not uncommon where I live, so I just sort of went with it for that final date (yes, it was the final date that she'd said that).
Friends have questioned whether or not I really consider myself a black person, treating it like an unfortunate condition. They aren't friends anymore, not all because of this, but it happens a lot here.
I was refuse employment because I revealed I was black to potential employers, who would upon finding out show me the door saying they were no longer interested in hiring, or "we just don't need your kind of trouble".
Friends have refused to be in public places with me because I am black, so I was sort of a secret for them.

I really could go on and on, but I think this should be enough to choose from. You tell me, which is worse? Which one of these has left me with clinically diagnosed debilitating disorders.

For me this growing collage of personal experiences has sort of melted into two very simple schools of thought; I am ethnically inferior to anyone that is not black and white, and that the state I live in will always be hell.

And before anyone suggests I leave explain how I do that when I can't hold down a job long enough to make money and move....

Apologies for typos, but this thread upsets me, and writing this the first time was hard enough.
That is truly awful. Do you mind if I ask where you live? I grew up in rural Australia, and I thought I saw racism at the more extreme end of the scale, evidently I did not. Not even close.

Bad times were had.

My grandma, more times than I can count, frankly, why just today I noticed a hot chick jogging in those unbelievably amazing clingy black pants, she jostled me for it, and I noticed a thug muscular black guy, I said "Oh there's one for you" and she said "No thanks, chocolate gives me the shits" to which I replied "Oh right, born with Jiggabooitis, right?" "That's right"

She's damned near proud to be racist, I often prod her about it when I get the chance, she's quite bigoted.
Ummmm, Jiggaboo is a racial slur. You're adding to the problem.

Someone told me that he's better than me because his eye is of brighter color.
To that I say "Fuck you and your mutated eyes which I personally have no problem with".

AWWWW how cute for all you youth of today think that what you have posted is racist. True racism is that I can't call some black person a ****** after they call me a white ****. I tell you now, racism seems to be a one way sword for those with double standards that will dish out these so called racist comments but can't take them back.

I have a simple policy, only say those comments to those that say it to you.

Racism is rampant in sweden, and predjudice is an everyday occurance.
Worst I've heard was at school, I had broken my hand when I fell of my bike. Some assholes had noticed me playing my psp, and said when I'd walked by: " Wonder how that happened"
"Prolly broke his hand fighting one of those thief negros stealing his psp."

I got felt sick, I wanted to break thire face, but since I was one handed at the moment there was nothing to do.

Otherwise, It might not be what he said, but my dad mumbled something that sounded like: "Fucking negroes..." When we were going to a escalator thet was blocked by a black woman with children.

It always was important. The internet makes others stupidty more accessible to others. I am very much so a grammar Nazi.

So I really don't reply to anything on the forums at the Escapist but this one really caught my eye.

As a Muslim living in the U.S. in what most people consider the liberal northeast, I've encountered a fair share of racism.

I guess the earliest I remember is about a month after 9/11 my family had become neighborhood pariahs, even though my mom's white, the Muslim stigma overcame everything. We got a brick through our second story window as someone yelled "sand niggers" and drove away.

Fifth grade some kids wrote "Iraqi" all over a lot of my papers, and that was the year the Iraq war started (I'm not Iraqi, they knew that.)

Senior year of high school I had all my bags searched and was pulled out of line at the airport by TSA... randomly... while traveling to Colorado and again on my way back after showing them my state issued driver's license. My friends were able to get on to the plane with their high school ID.

In college things haven't been so bad. There's a lot of prejudice and racism from some of the conservative groups here, even if they won't admit it. I like that it exists here though, my school has people from everywhere, and among them there will always be people with extreme prejudices. I met a Saudi who spoke poorly about all other Arabs, and basically claimed "Saudi Superiority." That being said, I'm glad they're here because it means they can be educated, and then when they end up back where they were brought up there will be someone who knows what's up.

Ya' dig?
