Worst sound to hear in a game?

I have to say my most hated sound was from Naruto: Ultimate Ninja. That damn "Yo!" they played whenever you made a selection.......EVER. It was tolerable at first, but after awhile I was ready to burn that game.

Oblivion- the incessant spoutings of "Well met", with the guards having to say "STOP! You've violated the law!"

I mean, throw in some interesting dialogue now and again, Bethesda. But I do admit they took me off guard when a high elf asked me what the fee was for necrophilia, 2nd offense.
They did do a better job with Fallout 3 though.

It may not be annoying but the worst sound to hear but the sound that zombie's make, that kind of groaning, just as they are about to eat you from behind in a darkened room. The most annoying worst sound is the bark of enemy dogs in CoD: WaW just as they're called in, time to get the knife ready.
