My mother removed me from my school because I didn't meet her standards. I had a B average. I managed to get back in though, but it was a rather ugly court meeting.

My mum put me through 14 years as a jehovahs witness, until i was big enough too tell her too shove religion.

I wanted a cat (i was 6), she thought she could get a feral cat and it would scare me off cats. SHe was wrong. We now have a tame feral cat who wont come near you unless you have food.

My dad once pinned me up against a wall by my neck.

My mum & dad arnt together (split when i was 11 month old) - But theyre my folks, i only get one set, and theyre awesome, even with the blips.

Point 2 proves that women arent right no matter how hard they try. Sorry about the Jehovas Witness thing, luckily my parents dont think too big of religion and the divorce of course.

My dad made me watch poltergeist with him when I was 3. A week later he bought a clown doll that looked just like the one from the flick. Skip forward 27 years and I still have a severe phobia of clowns.

They were just rather stubborn with video games, having a TV allowance and no M games. They got rid of the first, though, and the second with the exception of GTA. It was just a bit of over-protectiveness, though, and they're otherwise good parents.

My father was a drinker and a fiend and one night he goes off crazier than usual. Mommy gets the kitchen knife to defend herself. He doesn?t like that, not one bit. So, me watching he takes the knife to her, laughing while he does it. He turns to me and he says ?WHY SO SERIOUS!??. He comes at me with the knife ?why so serious!?? Sticks the blade in my mouth "lets put a smile on that face!" aaaand?.. why sooooo serrrious?

My Mom and Dad are deciding to divorce. this has been hell for me, because my mom decides to be the BIGGEST ***** to my dad, and breaks his stuff. this is brought to a new extreme when she decided to drive down a highway and not properly secure my new thousand dollar kayaks. now, she won't pay for them. they were the most expensive things I owned.
Wow all of this and you're only 11. You think you can get her to divorce counsel, a terapist or even reading a book about divorce and its effect on children so she can realize of much she's hurting you with her actions? That depends on how reasonable she is. I really hope it turns out for the best for you. Piece of advice, get some other adult to make her see this, prefrably someone who she feel confident with and that cares about you.

My parents haven't really done anything bad to me.
We get along almost all the time and when we don't I argue back when they're being irrational. That's more with my mom, though, than my dad because my mom is just an idiot (I offered her 90 pennies once and she asked how much that was worth).

Nice Dark Knight reference.

My Parents got divorced when i was 6, then my dad decided to never see me again. Now, 13 years later he all of a sudden decides he wants to get to know me. Especially as he is now apparently £20 grand in debt

My parents are alright. Although they can get extremly frustrating. The
worst thing my Dad did was make me face plant at age 3.
