Burning the roof of your mouth / tongue. Hurts a hell of a lot, lasts a while, and ruins anything you are about to enjoy eating.

Mouth blisters are quite annoying, especially when eating. However, as annoying as they are, stubbing your toes gets the prize. I've threatened inanimate objects after doing so out of frustration.
I once thwacked my leg on a part of a chair and had a deep purple indent for a while. I still have no idea how I managed to hurt myself so badly. It was on my birthday too.
Worst current one is a sore, infected toe - seriously hurts and gives you a limp for a while.

As mentioned a LOT of times before, I still have to go with the classic "hitting your toe into something hard/sharp". I once hit my big toe so hard that the nail went right into my toe and pretty damn deep too. I`d say about over half of the nail went in to my toe and scream that came after was probably the loudest noise I have ever made. It was and still is the most (physically) painful thing I have experienced.
I'm gonna have to go with cat-scratch (while allergic to cats). It may not be that bad on it's own, though itchy and swollen, if you just add a certain scenario you get the point...
