Standing on a plug is horrible especially if you put lots of weight on it.

Also not exactly sore but really annoying, when you drink and then cough or sneeze and the water comes out your nose, it feels like you've been violated.

Any metal reacting to a tooth filling.
don't ask. All you should know is that it hurts like hell.

Papercuts, burning your tongue, getting a little piece of bone stuck in your throat, hitting your toes when walking into something, falling and landing on your palms, and so on. Though the worst by far for me is the time of the month, if I forget to take pain pills preventively.
The "little piece of bone stuck in your throat" is so annoying it irritates, makes you cough and splutter and stays there for ages.

I cannot stand sunburns, but the worst for me is those little strips of dead skin adjacent to your fingernails that sometimes peel up and hurt like a *****.
Agree!

I'm quite often the victim of minor nut-pain because of two clumsy labradors, and once in a while they really get you bad.

Someone wrote about stabbing their toe with their own nail, I've had a lesser one, but still painfull. I was going down stairs when my slipper was about to fall off, and I twist my foot to catch it. Unfortunately I step on my pinky-toe (and only that one, it bent under my foot, don't know how) with my entire weight. Hurt like **** and broke a small piece of nail off which stabbed the toe as well.

Edit:
One more.. waking up and BAM, cramp in the calf-muscle, sucky way to wake up. Happened to me a few times a couple of years back.

And even when it's vanished, it still feels like it's there. :p
