Worst "tiny" pain

When you knock your head on something, like a low doorframe that you weren't expecting.
Not only does your head hurt like hell, your vision goes a little off. Sometimes causing you to walk into another low doorframe.
That was a sad day for me...

Day after i'd had my first lip piercing, I had a stud in and was eating spaghetti when I managed to bite the back of the stud, simultaneously causing both my tooth and my lip ALOT of pain.

Skinned knees. Just walking along, and suddenly friction decides to take your knee and make it hurt just enough so that your cursing, but not enough that you get attention from anyone else (unless your 6)

A few weeks ago, I got a cut on my thumb while target shooting. All the guns were heating up in the sun, and it was very painful to hold them.

Try getting a splinter under your nail, hurts like fuck and near impossible to get out without picking off most of your nail and all the top flesh of your finger. Also having the constant worry that if you leave it, then it may get infected.

Paper cut the ultimate pain, for such a small cut it stings so much and for so long.

Papercuts, stubbing a toe, biting anything inside your mouth that's part of you, fiberglass splinters, walking on a plug is a big OUCH as well.

For me its falling. I fall on my hip it hurts like hell and I can't move for a few seconds!

i have had something like that, i flailed like a fish for a couple of seconds before i could get up.

also, arse cramp, not very common, but hurts like buggery
