Or perhaps Wil-E-Coyote. He couldn't catch a damn bird. He had bombs, giant slingshots, rockets, anvils... And he was beat every single time by a GODDAMN BIRD!

This and the catapult you forgot the catapult. His life may be a miserable fail but he is goddamn funny.

bowser. this may not make sense, but think about it. in every mario game hes either non exsistant or a piss easy boss. in mario sunshine, hes entire fight were slow moving fireballs, and slamming your ass so hard on his hot tub that it explodes. baby bowser was the main villain in that, and hes a freaking 5 year old with a paintbrush. in new super mario, baby bowser and apparantly his 10 siblings are the main enemies. bowser does nothing but sit on a throne, throw random crap enemies at you, or force some ungodly toad creature to tell you for the 50th time that the princess is in another castle. and yes, calendar man is the equivalent of what happens when you leave cheese on the pavement in texas for 5 years. then eat it.

If I learned nothing else from cartoons, it's that the guy who nobody thinks is dangerous, who turns out to be the craziest mofo in the room. DR. DESTINY.

Now that I think about it, a lot of Batman villains get the batshit crazy upgrade. The Globe still sucks though. A big fat guy who plots his crimes based on geography.. ugh..
