I'm going with EVERY melee weapon in Fallout 3. maybe it's just me, but when an Outcast gets the drop on you with a gatling laser, it makes your life VERY short...

If it would have been a default weapon i would understand why it is so crap. But to have it as one of the last weapons you unlock, that is just taking the mick... It's worse than an AK and you can't add any attachments.

I think it was a throwback to when cod was a ww II game, and the MP 44 was the pinnical of technology, just to show how much better modern guns are. Then again, its not all that bad in hardcore mode, it has one shot kills if you aim right.

As for worst weapon ever, Ill go with everything from Halo. Mattel make more serious hardwar than those peashooters

Couldn't agree with you more. Don't forget fists in both Morrowind and Oblivion. I mean, they're not that bad, but the issue is that you have to knock out their fatigue before damaging their health, and, well...that kinda sucks. Fist attacks aren't even that damaging, and my Morrowind character has a hand-to-hand skill of 100.

i wouldn't say the handgun from far cry is shit... it's useful when you run out of ammo for your other weapons!
