Not really, unless I knew the neighbourhood was violent. If they were murdered by a family member or friend or colleague, I've got nothing to worry about because they'll have no reason to murder me. If they were killed by a serial killer, I've got nothing to worry about because it's unlikely they'll attack the same house twice. If they die through any sort of lifestyle related disease, genetic disease, suicide or an accident, I've got nothing to worry about either.
But if, however, they have died due to an environmental disease such as, say, lead or mercury poisoning, or an asbestos related disease.... then obviously I'd steer clear.
As long as the house didn't kill them directly, then I've got NO PROBLEM moving into a house in which a person has died. I don't believe in Ghosts or any of that stuff.
