That's too vague a question. If it's like a criminal then sure I'd do it in a heartbeat but if it was like my best friend... then no, I wouldn't be able to.

Everyone can have his own answer. But in the end when it comes down to it, your animal instinct for survival will kick in when you realize there's just no other way.

You will kill your wife. Your girlfriend. You mom. Dad. Dog. Anyone to stay alive if it was the only option.

I suppose so... I do enjoy living a lot. I wouldn't kill my mother or anything like that though. I would feel less remorse if it was a random person. Really, I just hope I'm never put in that situation.

You may need more content in your post, dude.

On topic: I would, but on certain conditions. For instance, if I know the person, like if it was a friend or family member, I would not. I also wouldn't if it was a child or someone important on a global scale, like a government leader or a well-known humanitarian.

depends on the situation, but if it was a simple, "kill someone, anyone or die." then i'd be buried fairly quickly afterwards.

If it was in self defense, i would in a instant.

But if I had to kill someone in order to save my life, probably not.

Who's the other person?

How do I have to do it?

Needs more details if you want a real answer.

The pope is Catholic, mate. There's a difference between Catholicism and Christianity. The most basic being that Christians don't believe the pope is genuine and that if you hear the voice of god you're probably mental.

In the case of a war or defending myself, totally. If I was held captive and ordered to kill someone to spare myself, I would not.

Circumstances determine everything.

In most circumstances, yes.

And anyone who thinks they wouldn't fight tooth and nail with every last ounce of strength when confronted with mortal danger is a liar or in dire need of psychiatric help.

Of course, if the question is less "murder the person trying to kill you" and more along the lines of "murder a stranger with no involvement" scenario, then I can believe there are plenty of people who would refuse. I'd like to say I would in this case but having never been in such an absurd situation, it's hard to imagine.

Probably. But it depends just too much on who it is. I probably couldn't kill one of those I consider "close" to me, but if it's random stranger, than yes, I probably would.

Yes, as long as it isn't a key political person, or my mother. I would love to get to kill someone with no reprecussions.
