I have, I do, and i will continue to do so.

Animal flesh always tastes better after a good long violent stabbing.
Oh and doing so in front of vegan people makes it one of the most satisfying experiences ever.
Actually, the only thing that i can think of that would be a better experience would be doing that to vegans. I must test this out.

And to add to mine, I would never just shoot animals because I can, only if I had to for either self-defence or food. Despite my anti-vegetarian attitude, I still think killing animals for no reason is wrong.

I jumped for joy when I saw this thread, because now I get to tell my tale!
I was hunting (because I live in the southern part of North America) and we spot a dear. We had pretty much no ammo left, because we wasted it on a pair of birds. I fired a shot, and it struck it right above the thigh, and knocked it down. We rushed over, and pinned it down. We didn't want to waste more ammo, and this was the first time I would probably get to kill something, so my friend James, handed me his knife.
That was a shock, plunging it into the skull.

Probably pultry, like chickens and turkeys and geese and such; those things aren't cute. Fish definitely; probably not beef. Pork only if it was those big nasty ugly hogs and not the skinny cute little piglets.

I don't think i could live without bacon and steak, so yeah I'd still eat meat if i had to kill it.

I doubt I'd be able to kill something if I raised it myself, but I could easily hunt and kill an animal for food. The only problem is I don't eat proper meat anyway so without a Birds-Eye factory nearby I'd be stuffed!

Sure I would kill and butcher animals myself for food, with this economy I need to cut expenses every way I can.

Yep. I am an awesome cook, and I like to kill things, I don't see why this can't be the perfect match.
Well this works out great for you its a healthier way of doing both of those hobbies... though, you do plan on killing animals right? heh heh...right?

Max, I can't help but wonder If you'd extend that to humans?
No and yes, respectively.
Run.
Thanks for the heads up. I've made a few adjustments to my new perimeter defence system. I've now set it to prioritize targets that look like David Duchovney! So bring it on believer boy!

Eh... Probably I'd still eat it, might be a bit slower, and mutter a prayer or something, but it can't bother me much, thats life.

Hells yes. I want to go hunting some time. But of course my mom's against it and my dad's too lazy to go out hunting. I'm gonna try and get my friend to take me next time he goes out hunting. He makes it sound like so much fun.

Yes, I already do that with duck hunting and fishing. I used to live on a ranch during the summer so I've killed many a pig too. I only kill things I am willing to eat; this is why i don't deer hunt.

Now, if i have to COOK it myself... that's a different story; I'm a terrible cook.
Tell you what; You kill something, I'll cook it. Sound fair? I'm a pretty darn good cook, if I do say so myself.
done and done. Expect some carcasses in the mail.
Excellent. Do you prefer roast or grilled? Dry rub or marinated? ;)

In all seriousness, I think I'd enjoy knowing where my food comes from before I cook it.
