WTF is wrong with the weather?

Too hot and too much fucking sun for months on end with zero reprieve only to culminate in sweltering hot temperatures above 35 celcius. Earth is so dry that trees are forced into early fall, the grass turned yellow and the asphalt on the roads is starting to detach. Now the disgusting heat turned into a darkened yellow sky with lightning and thunder but no rain. To top it off, tomorrow night there will be a blood moon. The only thing missing is The One Reborn dripping out of it.

WTF is going on? Btw I live in the Netherlands and never before have I experienced the weather to be this nightmarish. Ugh, and I already fucking hate summer. Can't stand the hellish sun and heat.

I've got less problem with the heat than I do with the sun (-burns) and the cloying air-moisture coating you in a fine film of constant sweat.

I feel ya?. I?m a transplant from Ohio where 80F (~25C) is ?hot? to Texas where 80F is a ?cool summer morning at 4:00am.? I?ve been here 8 years now, and STILL haven?t gotten used to it. We?ve been in a weeks-long heatwave where ?real feel? temperatures regularly reach the one hundred and teens (+40C.) You step outside, breath in and you can feel your lungs baking; It?s insufferable. My Texas friends all make fun of my suffering ?Yankee? ass when it?s this hot (mind you, they?re sweating bullets themselves while they?re pointing and laughing,) but I get mine when winter comes around; 40-50F (4-10C) is ?cold? to them, and I?ve yet to even break out a jacket! Definitely not gaming related unless you count wanting to stay in and play because of it, but exactly my thoughts too. Summer is over rated unless all you do is go to the beach. Sick of the heat and this is from a Michigan resident; where most people hate winter I really can?t wait for it. Fall is my favorite though.

Dude, this is nothing. Wait until you get to Michigan. Our weather is really schizophrenic, unless you live all the way in the upper North. But weather problems are even worse there during the winter, than the summer.

We've had massive floods all week in Pennsylvania. Shut down Hershey Park as a result, which I live only like 2 hours from.

Power went out a couple times.

I think we're back to our regularly scheduled sweltering heat after this weekend though.

Edit: Nevermind, just checked the forecast. Literally storms ALL week again starting this coming Monday, though they're predicted to be scattered storms rather than flash floods again.
