at under 20 seconds long it was under the "fair use" part of copyright infringement, I think the Escapist was just getting pissed off at all the bloggers thinking they "got one over" on Yahtzee and criticized him for it and asking whether he'd be paying royalties.cleverlymadeup said:the old music was good as it added some humour but the cost was probly too much to get permission for everything.
