I wouldn't say that I'm a Yoai Fangirl. There has been some Yaoi Doujins that I have enjoyed. But I read all of those because of the sweet story/character relations, not the porn/sex.
It's the same thing with Yuri, and Yuri Doujins. It's for the character chemistry, not the porn factor.

You know how people have different "taste" in the opposite sex? Some people like red hair, etc.

A fetish is that concept, but really extreme. Super particular things that turn people on.

I, for example, am a voraphile and mauisophile. I was born that way, and it really fucks up my sexuality, so I sometimes wish I wasn't.

Anyway, again, I have two separate fetishes, and there are several reasons I go to websites for them.

One, traditional porn does nothing for me, so I go there to find stuff that works.

Two, it's nice to talk about these things with people that won't say "Eew, weird" or call us freaks.

I imagine Yaoi fangirls have similar reasoning. Also, girls seem to like making groups.
