You basically listed reasons why PC gaming is better than console gaming, no mention of the site I linked to, no mention of what your looking forward to.

No, I simply asked "what games are you looking forward to" and you have posted about how PC gaming isn't dying, not one of your posts has been on topic.

The title is a small, light hearted comment on how people are always mentioning how PC gaming is dying, yet all these games are coming out for it ... if it's dying games wouldn't be coming out for it, would they?

Thats it, it's not about how healthy or unhealthy PC gaming is.

I thought the escapist was filled with the upper crust of the gaming community, turns out theres a few bad apples ... they must miss alot in games if they missed the OP.

Getting more excited about mechwarrior though, the more of it I see though.

The only games that are coming out for the 360 that I am interested in are Deus Ex 3, and I might get Halo: Reach. There is a lot of generic rubbish coming out for the system and it almost makes me regret getting it.

Meanwhile a lot of games in the OP have really piqued my interest. I just wish my computer could run games that came out after 2005.

Getting more excited about mechwarrior though, the more of it I see though.

It looks pretty good too. My only problem with MechWarrior is that it can lose my interest early with some of its earlier titles. But who knows.

Has anyone else taken notice of Dead State? I haven't seen anyone mention it yet. But then again it is kind of like the Sims if they were all attacked by a zombie virus. I don't care still seems cool with some role play and strategy elements involved.

Well NCSoft only produced GW2 they have no control or much say in development. That is all ArenaNet.

Which is an extremely important point that seems to be turning a number of people off giving Guild Wars 2 a try. NCSoft is merely the publisher. I know I'm dying to play the game, I can hardly get interested in playing anything else since they released gameplay footage.

PC is getting loads of fantastic games. I don't see any negative change. The games I don't like seem to migrate off to consoles, while all the genres I prefer are still made only for PC.
