I would say, the knowledge required to make me nigh immortal, pretty much to be immortal barring a few very specific weaknesses, like physical temperature rising to above 10,000c while humming a funeral dirge or something that would be almost impossible, but I could still kill myself by flying into a star or somesuch if I so wished at an advanced date when I can't stand to be around any longer.
