I'd have to go with super-humor. The uncanny ability to be funny to everyone. Not that everyone finds you instantly funny, but rather that you instinctively understand a persons sense of humor, and are able to say and do things that they'd find humorous. Hard to abuse, but it makes you very easy to like. +20 to networking.
Name-it-man. With the power to name (or change the name) of any object/person/country. Once he names it it can't be undone.
I-name-it-man. The foil to name-it-man with the power to make ironic names, but once he names it it can't be undone.
Example
"I shall call them Iceland and Greenland." Cackles I-name-it-man as he has Name-it-man bound before a globe.

like a human MP3 player but only for theme songs. but i can't choose which song and when it happens.
imagine on a bus, suddenly the A-Team theme song starts blaring for no reason...
or clothes man, the ability to look like i'm fully clothed when i'm actually naked. but only when no-one can see me. when someone sees me i become naked again.
or combined when someone sees me naked i blare a theme song.
