I'm gonna go with Tyranids. Think Zerg but scarier and more baddass. Also they travel through space in large hive ships which are the size of solar systems and from far away look like clouds. I'd carry a whole bunch of humans and other alien beings with me using my Tyranid army to expand my empire and destoy my enemies.
