You clearly didn't put much thought into this response. A) You couldn't time travel with the Chaos Emeralds because the ability to use Chaos Control is required and only Shadow (and Sonic with an Emerald) could do that. B) You couldn't Warp with them because, well again see 'A' C) No you could NOT become a Super Saiyan namely because you are not a Saiyan. Only Saiyans can become Super Saiyans that's why it's called Super Saiyan, it's amazing how many people don't get that. Whether or not you can gain superpowers from the Emeralds, well I guess that's still possible.
