I would say omni-tool from mass effect series... but that's boring and practical, so I gotta say a fully equipped Covenant Assault Carrier with a fully trained and loyal crew. It's 5 kilometers long, has a shit ton of weapons, can dump a full invasion force (which includes scarabs), and can Glass a planet (I.E. use a massive plasma beam to blast the surface of a planet, turning it into a glass-like material).
