Honestly, I'd probably start by banning everyone under the age of 21. In deference to the mods and their desire to avoid any open flaming, I won't really go into the details of why.

First thing, I'd like to see the escapist resolve it's issues with it's content providers. The whole deal with the Extra Credits team was really unpleasant and resulted in the escapist loosing some of it's best content.

Also: what the hell OP? Moviebob also produces some of the best, most insightful content here. What do you not like about his work?

EDIT- It should be mandatory that you must use the forum search to see if the thread topic you thinking of making already exist. I really miss extra credits, it was a good thought provoking show, and I wish that they and the escapist could have sorted the whole mess out before this.
