When immersion just gets too much...thats when your a gamer.
It especially works after playing games like Oblivion and fallout 3 for hours on end.
I found myself pickpocketing my family...for real, just to try and get better at it (and also for the money), when that happens your a real gamer....and need help.

EDIT: When you do a math problem you think X+13 is a stat increase. It happens to me all the time.
