After playing too much RDR I'll be driving along a back road and reach for a non-existent rifle when I see a deer or other animal running nearby. I've also done the Assassin's Creed thing that a lot of other people have mentioned already.

Also, from Assassin's Creed, I've often looked out the window and seriously considered scaling down the wall because it would be faster than the stairs.

I've had some limited success with that...the modern invention of gutters kind of gets in the way though (a lot)
