When you look back at the Christmas holidays and realise you played over 600 hours of video games, and you were proud of it.
... when you think you see your favourite character walking down the street.
... you start to hum the tetris theme tune while working.
True story I work in a sports shop and I sorta out the tables of shoes and as I'm doing this I'd hum he tetris tune XD
... you notice that your energy bar is low and you get some more food
... you get into a fight and attempt to cast a high level spell and you also seem to hear a final fantasy battle theme in the background, you slowly notice that it's your humming again.
... you're talking to some friends and then you spend several minutes considering which conversation option you should use in order to get more paragon points and also when you see the interuption icon while talking to your friends (Mass Effect 2)
... someone walks into the building and covered in blood and your not even phased by it (dragon age)
... someone you don't want to speak to, spots you, the MGS spotted sound effect plays and you dive under some cover while the MGS music plays
... you start to notice chest-high walls everywhere.
... start chanting lines in order to activate a spell and even doing the hand motions in the air.
... You hear some noises and immediately think boomer

While sitting in a lecture you work out the best place for a portal so you can drop at terminal velocity onto the lecturer, assassinate him, run outside and climb the building to your extraction point then wait for the achievement sound worth 150G.

Realistically, when I keep thinking about or see myself playing a game when I try to get to sleep.
