Thats tough. In the group of people I hang out with, I'm pretty much the only nerd available. This means that a lot of nerdiness tends to slip out, and they usually give me the same amount of crap for it regardless.

Video gamers are no-where near as nerdy as tabletop gamers. Every time I go into a traditional game store half of the people there are middle-aged, neck-bearded, hambeastly cat piss men. And it's not just one store. all of them are made up of that demographic. Why is it this way. why does tabletop gaming attract the creepiest people and video games are hip? Hurm, must remember to investigate further.

On the bus with my friends, on the way to a anime convention to make it worse,
Some girl was playing pokemon with the sound on.

We where arguing over what pokemon she was fighting by the sound it made.
I was right, that wasn't a fucking Onyx. It was a god damn Geodude. That argument lasted pretty long.

Hmmmm. I play 40k at a local store and there really arent any creepy people there. Some are still in High School and others are in college/ just out of college. One creepy guy came for a bit but I guess we weren't competitive enough so he stopped coming (thank god). We just play random games for fun. This "demographic" is everywhere and there are some really creepy video gamers out there it's definatley not just Tabletop gamers.

I wrote South Park and Invader Zim fan fiction and I read Manga. The fan fiction is not on the internet so don't look for it.
Wait....whats wrong with fanfiction? o.o
You are being ironic right? It is the nerdiest thing in the world and is mostly wish fulfillment writing.

I know the equation for beautiful buttocks...

(S+C) + (B+F)
_____________
(T-V)

Yes, it's a REAL equation.
S - Size
C - Roundness
B - Bounciness
F - Firmness
T - Skin Texture
V - Shoulder to waist ratio

(The only thing that saves me is that I have no idea what it all adds up to, or how to apply to the real world, but I remember it, so that's gotta be pretty nerdy.)

I chose for the topic of my research paper, that was weighted as roughly half of our semester grade, the effects of DRM systems on the public. I got an A yet sadly none of my fellow colleagues had a single idea of what I was rambling about.

I also have a subscription to OXM (Official Xbox Monthly) and still play Magic: The Gathering.

And the problem with that is....? I'm kind of serious here....

Me and my friends speak in so many insider jokes and game references that it's impossible to understand if you don't know whats going on. also I knew a guy who wore a lucky nappa's foot around his neck.

Most fan fiction is stuff like writing a story about your favorite character who died in actual continuity resurrecting or turning out to have been alive the entire time and having characters get romantically entangled with each other for no real reason. Also, it has these characters called Mary Sues, or Marty Stews, who are idealized versions of the author and just come out of nowhere, solve all the problems and do other things that the author fantasizes about doing. If you spend enough time on any fan fiction site you will see all of this stuff eventually.

This weekend, me and my friends were playing Sengoku Basara 2:Heroes (known as Devil Kings here in the states) and we were able to identify a voice actor from different anime/games in japanese.

I have the shield, sword and baldric (The "belt" that sits on one shoulder and crosses your chest.) from the Zelda games. There is more I could say.... Meh, I'll leave those off the internets where proof is recorded.

Ninja Edit: I also know what a Baldric is.
