I'd point you back to the other thread. Kentucky has no such thing as sexual assault.viranimus said:Really? cause last I checked she was sexually assaulted, not raped. You do fully realize those are not the same things, right?

Nobody cares.Rawne1980 said:![]()
It's only a matter of time until the RSPCA jumps all over the escapist for all this horse beating.
Does not work unless someone cares ergo attention (attention isn't necessarily a bad thing)Phasmal said:How about to make yourself feel good?
Again it looks nice so people will look at you ergo attentionBecause you think it looks nice?
This one could be plausible without it all being about attentionBecause it follows curret fashion?
again, just for attention :LBecause you might want to look special that night?
Isn't the fact that not only did it happen, but it happens quite often enough reason to take precautions?Trilligan said:I think the nuance you might be missing is that sunburn is a reasonable expectation. You go out in the sun, and it's reasonable that you might be sunburnt, so taking precautions is a reasonable course of action.
There is never a case, ever, wherein there is a reasonable expectation of rape. If that is the society in which we live, then we need to fix our society, cause that is a fucked up state of affairs.
I just did too... Do not use google, just... watch happy videos on youtube maybe?TheBobmus said:I google imaged 'motivational'.
I feel demotivated and also a little bit sick.
OP, do not follow this advice.
I disagree.Keoul said:snip
If that was true why don't they just dress like that and stay home :LPhasmal said:snip
And do you wear revealing attire? , does your casual clothes still get you a tonne of attention from the people around you?Phasmal said:I actually hate attention, I'm totally socially awkward.
What the fuck?Keoul said:If that was true why don't they just dress like that and stay home :LPhasmal said:snip
It is true what is acceptable to a person is determined by the individual but we all know the effects of what you wear, and wearing revealing clothes would obviously get you a lot of attention.
And do you wear revealing attire? , does your casual clothes still get you a tonne of attention from the people around you?Phasmal said:I actually hate attention, I'm totally socially awkward.
If you answered no to either of those questions it just proves my point that they dress like that to get attention. After all, if it wasn't for attention they'd just wear it at home.
If it's NOT for attention then how does wearing it at home make you feel any less special -.-Phasmal said:What the fuck?
Dress nice but stay at home?
Seriously?
Also, depends on what you mean by revealing.
I was wearing a tank top today, seeing as it was boiling, am I asking for attention?
Jeez, man, people will wear what they freaking want. I advise you to deal.

Also, if one's goal of provocative dress is to get raped, is it really rape?
HELP ME SPIDERMAN!
Keoul said:If it's NOT for attention then how does wearing it at home make you feel any less special -.-
By revealing I refer to anything where you can see the skin usually only seen when someone is wearing a bikini or less.
I have no problem with them wearing what they want, just letting em know there are prowlers out there and your fancy clothes just might make you a victim >>
Yeah pretty much :LPhasmal said:You seem pretty stuck to this idea that it's for attention. I can only disagree
Why should I care if he cum? *rimshot*Father Time said:You can, some man raped someone while sleepwalking (essentially). He had some rare condition, and if you're wondering yes he was able to prove this in court, and yes he got off.
