Do not date. He still makes fun of me and called me emo, which I'm not (hate people calling me emo when I'm not and do not consider myself as one).

Don't date. He thinks I called him emo. (I label myself as emo, my hair covers my face, my hair is dyed black with blue highlights, I wear clothes that barely fits me, I am sometimes emotional and I have several other "emo" stereotypes.)
