Steal every weapon Humanity has, hide them in my death fortress, destroy all weapons manufacturing plants .... then 'restart' the flow of time and call myself 'God-Emperor of Earth' and have every nation cower before the greatest collective arsenal in all the Universe (possibly).

There was a children's TV show called Bernard's Watch showing when I was a child. He had a watch that stopped time. And I was so damn envious.
I spent my childhood daydreaming what I'd do with that watch, and came up with so many situations.
In the show, though, things would happen like he'd be late to a birthday party so he'd pause time, go to the shops, pick up a present, and just appear at the party, it was crazy! But of course, it being a children's show he paid for his present because he's a "good boy". I always thought he was an idiot for doing that, even at the age of 7.

I abuse the hell out of it, but never tell anyone about it. probably knock over a bank, stash the cash in a spot in my house that nobody goes into, stop time every time I go to get some pocket change from my... newly acquired wealth... and pretty much live like a lazy, but well-off normal person... I never said I'd be honest with my power, c'mon, that shit's undetectable.

Actually one thing I've always thought right before a test was "if only I could somehow stop time to just study a little more." So I'd probably stop time and take as much extra time for studying as I needed. Same with writing papers; I'd have limitless time to goof off so procrastination would no longer be a problem.
