That's right. You tripped on a bit of pavement and staggered a bit you handsome/beautiful fool! It's a pretty public place, daylight and you felt several heads swing to look at you. What do YOU do next?

Personally I tend to shoot an accusing glance at where I tripped, no idea why, then swear under my breath and shake my head.

Your turn!

EDIT: I ask because today I saw a teenage girl trip up, scream and go stamp on where it happened. Interesting.

If I trip I just fall all the way to the ground and do five push ups, and when people ask me why I yell at them "BECAUSE I FELT LIKE DOING IT"

As I fall to the floor I land on my hands, I then twirl my legs around and before anyone knows it I am breakdancing and Bodypopping away.

In two minutes everyone who saw me fall is dancing away, its an infectious feeling

Well, I'd just keep walking and move on. People trip, its nothing out of the ordinary.
This is the most reasonable and sensible thing I have heared all day.

Call the piece of offending pavement something really horrible and that they need to re pave the entire area. Then move on.

Lie face down on the ground very still, and when someone comes to check and see if I'm okay, I quickly hop to my feet, scream at the top of my lungs, then take off running as fast as I can.
