That's... depressing yeah. Deffinately depressing. Detroit is practically a 3rd world county now, people don't even have clean water.
Is there something wrong in the way that people, and I include myself, can see levels of beauty in these derelict landscapes? It must be a product of our exposure to ceratin media such as those mentioned in the title. I don't think its a bad thing though, you could show me a crystal clear lake in the mountains I'd be uninstersted, but a guided tour of Chernobyl? Sign me up.
