Your best kill

How many of you out there have one particular kill you made in a game, be it multiplayer or single player, that really sticks out in your mind?

Mine would have to be this time when i was playing Day of Deafeat: Source as a machine gunner, as I am in my spot I hear gunshots behind me and notice one enemy player getting a bunch of kills so I undeploy my machine gun and turn around and this guy is RIGHT behind me with his knife out so i go OH SHI- and fire point blank from a machine gun into his face.

SO, what stories do you have to share?

not one, but the time I got three head-shots in a row in team-fortress 2 and got the "brain matter" on the second shot. come to think about any kill in tf2

In COD: MW2 I shot my sniper rifle randomly without the sight into some smoke and killed two people, one of which was a headshot.
It was only one shot, too

Planetside. Spawned at a mobile spawing truck, and just after getting my anti-armour weapons it was assaulted by a Vanu BFR. Whipped out my Decimator, planted all three shots on the weak spot and I got the killing shot. It was wicked XP.

Modern Warfare 2.

I got the final kill by throwing a grenade to the other side of the map, killing three enemy players.

And the best thing is that the final kill is shown in slow motion so everybody got to see how awesome I was.

#1 for me has to be in TF2. I forget the map, but it was one with multiple paths. I was a Pyro with a Backburner, and, after flanking three quarters of the way back to the enemy spawn without seeing anyone, I decided to swing back to the middle. I came around a corner, and there they were; an uber party of Medics, Heavies, Demos, and a Pyro. I charged up to the Pyro and critted him gone in less than a second, quickly followed by two of the medics. By this time, they knew I was there, and things got a little 'interesting'. I don't quite know how I managed to survive, except by madly jumping around and making sure that almost every shot nailed someone squarely in the back at point-blank range, but by the time the smoke cleared I had 8 kills and two ragequits under my belt. Evil is truly spelled P-Y-R-O...

#2 Was while playing Darkest Hour, when I managed to prime a grenade well enough that I got five kills from an airburst over a German halftrack as it raced down the road.

#3 Is a 'hit-n-run special' in Halo, when I managed to get 37 kills in a single round in Bloody Gulch without firing a single shot. GOD, but I luvs me my Warthog!

If killing myself counts, I was playing Cortana in Halo 3 on Legendary (my most hated level because there doesn't seem to be enough ammo in the world). I FINALLY get through a section that I'd struggled on for six hours. I spot a Flood, I chuck a plasma grenade at it. Pathetically, I miss, it hits the walls and sticks to my face. Boom. There goes six hours of work right before the bloody checkpoint. *twitches* I hate that level...

This ONE game on CS:S where I had one of my rare epic win moments.

I was AFK for most of the round, and by the time I got back, my team was dead. I was the only one left, and there were PLENTY of guys left on the CT side. I got Kevlar and Helmet, equipped myself with a P90, retrieved the bomb (playing in Dust 2), killed four guys between me, the bomb, and Bomb-Site B (I think it was B).

I then planted the bomb, killed two more guys, and was killed by the 3rd after I ran out of ammo. It was too little too late, however, and the bomb blew JUST before they were finished disarming it.

I essentially became a one-man army that round.

I don't know if it was some incredible stroke of skill, incredible luck, the remaining CTs sucking, or a combination of all of them, but that's how it went down.

My proudest day as a gamer ever. Especially considering I usually suck at CS:S.

Although I'm pretty sure it was luck, considering I was never fortunate enough to duplicate my performance again. Not to mention, after getting back into CS:S recently, my Kill-Death ratio has been... lack-lustre at best.

My best is probably also in Day of Defeat.

one of my friends and I were playing, (me as an allied sniper, Springfield FTW) and he ran around with a MP40. I run down a long corridor, then suddenly the wall in front of me gets peppered with bullets, I quickly run around a corner, go prone and ready my scope. I prepare the aim so its a headshot if he comes crouching around the corner, instead he comes running around the corner and I pull the trigger as soon as I see him... Hit him square in the balls and he died xD Funniest and most memorable kill ever =P

Far Cry 2's multiplayer.

I was walking across a bridge when an allied Jeep whizzed past me, only to crash into another enemy Jeep. Since they both were being pussies and not getting out, I pulled out an RPG-7 and blew them to bits. I killed two teammates, and nearly got kicked, but it was still fun as hell to watch.

I don't remember what those flying mounts are called in Gears of War 2, that the locust ride, but I sniped one of the riders' head while on a moving ship.

I'm a bad sniper, so that probably explains why it's my best kill.

Either that or sticking a warthog once (not killing anyone in it), and while it was in the air, I managed to stick it again. - Halo 3

Oh I definitely do: my first ever GTA IV multiplayer kill.

So, I was walking down the street, not entirely sure what to do, what with this being my first time playing and all. Suddenly, a car comes screeching by with a group of players headed straight towards me in it, guns blazing.

Now, I've happened to found an RPG (I think you can tell where this is going...). Basically, car goes boom, flys right over my head and I continue walking around, but this time with an "oooooohhh yeaaaah" look on my face.

edit: also, in the PS3 game Warhawk, I took out a Warhawk flying around at full speed... with a tank

My non-online one was today, playing Spec Ops with a friend on Modern Warfare 2. He was on the other side of one of the Favela elimination maps, and he went down. I then pulled out my dual-wield Uzi things, and plowed through the whole map, killing twenty guys without getting damaged at all. Went to revive him, then from his screen I see a downed guy slowly pulling out his pistol to shoot me in the back. I stop reviving, whip round, and fire my last bullet in the chamber into his chest.

Online, I was playing good 'ole COD4, and I was sniping. Saw a guy run into a building, tried to calculate his height, and fired one shot into the middle of the wall. Instant kill. Found myself saying, "Enjoy that one on killcam, *****!"
