Your Biggest "OH MY F**KIN' GOD" moment of any game [Spoilers]

I just want eveyone to speak freely of their biggest "OH MAN!" "OH SNAP!" "F*$@K!!!" or ".........." moments, of any game

Mine personally is the "Would you Kindly?" moment in Bioshock. I will never forget it ever. I couldn't get enough of that whole scene it was amazing. I loved it

Some other moments were:
Mass Effect: Becoming a Specter. I wasn't surprised, it just felt badass
Fable 2: Getting shot out of a window. again wasn't surprised... but I wanted to break that guys face so bad!!!
COD 4: Getting permantly killed by a nuke
Fallout: Getting to go back into vault 101
Left 4 Dead: stopping a mid air hunter with the back end of my shotgun.

When you find out that you're Big Boss in MGS3.... Maybe you were supposed to know that from the start.... but I didn't, I may be an idiot.

I saw Snake old in #4 before playing it... so naturally I thought it's cause he was still doing stuff in the 1960's...

Also.. the "would you kindly" part in Bioshock was probably one of the best twists in an FPS game in a long time.

I have a few.

L4D: The first time I saw a hunter go flying after a buddy sniped it mid pounce, and the time where a tank hit me in no mercy on the roof but instead of dying I flew onto a nearby air conditioning unit and ended being the only team member to survive.

Fallout 3: Fawkes joining my team, who doesn't want a bad ass super mutant with a laser mini- gun.

Civ 4 BTS: The first time I played Next War and everyone loved me (I was America Inc. btw) but went to war with each other.

honestly, she was practical wearing a shirt that said Jill standing under a neon sign that said JILL in flashing lights. The way your player gasps and nearly shits a brick makes me wonder if a heart condition combined with discovering Caramilk bars have a caramel center would prove fatal.

BK: Finding out that Kalas was a traitor who was pulling off a memory gambit against his Guardian Spirit caught me completely off-guard.

ToS: Finding out that the whole "World Regeneration" thing was a complete lie, and watching Colette lose her soul for no good reason. Then, of course, shock turned to hatred as Remiel made the serious mistake of gloating.

That's the only time I ever recall actually cursing directly at a character in a video game. Then I realized how silly I was being, enjoyed a hearty laugh, and resumed shoving my sword so far up his ass he'd die of asphyxiation...

Amen to that...
For me it would have to be the time that I was playing fire emblem and my cavalier was near death, one side open to attack from two pirates. One pirate moved in and missed, at this point I breathed a sigh of relief as this meant the other one could not move in to finish the job, but then my cavalier attacked, scored a critical (1% chance) killed the pirate and opened the way for the other one who moved in and killed him. Worst case of good luck ever...

System Shock 2, where you make it to Operations, and you find out that the person who has been guiding you along- Janice Polito- is dead, and SHODAN has been masquerading as her the entire time.

Yeah, yeah, yeah... it probably loses a little of its impact if you didn't play the original game, but the event itself, as well as the story, make it memorable beyond compare.
