I wouldn't go so far as to say hand-in-hand, but intelligence certainly correlates to personality. However, there's an equal chance of ending up as an aloof elitist.Talal Provides said:Intelligence and personality tend to go hand in hand, though. People who are dumb as a brick are also usually as interesting as cream of wheat with nothing stirred in.Stasisesque said:Anyone who values intelligence over personality.
Average intelligence is fine, it's just being a moron that's bad, especially if they feel like being one is a positive quality. And dumb girls are more fun. They usually put out without much effort. They're usually the path of least resistance.Stasisesque said:That doesn't change what I've said. I dislike people who will immediately shun someone for mid to average intelligence because they're not average to superior intelligence, without taking their personality in to account.Talal Provides said:Intelligence and personality tend to go hand in hand, though. Having said that, I've met plenty of "dumb as bricks" people who've been much more fun to spend time with than "intelligent" people.
maybe she's embarrassed by her hobbies or thinks you might think she's a dork. Cause everybody has to do something in their free time.Zechnophobe said:Mine: A girl with no hobbies. Seriously. Nothing inspires more eye rolling avoidance by me than asking "So, what do you do when you aren't at work?" and having them be UNABLE TO ANSWER.
I am not dating an automaton.
Considered the possibility that she was just unsure what to answer? Maybe she had too many hobbies from which to choose, or maybe she was uncertain of what could be defined as a hobby. Or maybe she views building things in Minecraft as "work" and is confused by your question. [small]I know, that isn't very likely.[/small]Zechnophobe said:Mine: A girl with no hobbies. Seriously. I hope you realize that's a supremely creepy sentence.Talal Provides said:They're usually the path of least resistance.

As for myself: the Jesus thing, as well as bigotry.
