I don't really tell anyone much about myself so I don't think many people know the "real" me. I don't tend to keep many friends in real life, I often end up losing contact and/or alienating them. Even my best friend, who is a girl, doesn't really know all that much about me, even if she thinks she does.
I am a furry and a brony, something I have told only one person about. My parents would never understand either of those and it's just not worth bothering to tell them, even if I consider being a furry to be quite a large part of my personality.
There's also the possibility that I am bisexual, but being the introvert I am, I haven't really been able to explore that. I think if I were brave enough to explore it and confirm it, I might be more comfortable actually revealing that aspect of myself over the other two! Odd, but I guess that's just how society makes me feel.
That's not a rant at you, just trying to clarify the reasons behind people's dislike. I'm sure that, at least for my part, it is not a prejudice thing.

I'm not trying to be disrespectful here, but the main reason people seem to dislike Jehovah Witnesses is because they tend to try and force their religion on others. They are the only religious group I know of who will come knocking on our doors to preach the word. Now that's all well and good, I have NO problem with people believing in a God or practicing any kind of religion, but please don't force it on others as if it is the ONLY way to live. I find that rather self righteous.Marcus Kehoe said:Though I'm not a Jehovah Witness I go to their churches a believe what they believe. I believe in what I learn and have never been happier with my region, but people really don't like Jehovah witnesses. Their the nicest people I know and follow the bible the closest then any other form of Christianity, but they cause a lot of flak if you mention their name. I want to stick up more for what I believe but I don't want to alienate people.
