Steve Jobs pays liberal politicians lots of money to keep Apple from getting involved in anti-trust lawsuits. Apple's OS only comes on Apple's computers. Ipods only download music from Itunes etc. etc.

Meanwhile, Microsoft keeps getting hit with lawsuits despite the fact that they are no where near as monopolistic as Apple is. It's because Bill Gates is not a liberal and doesn't pony up to the liberal politicians.
It's because they're the same person with costumes and make-up, penetrating every orifice in the market! It started off with the original Gates/Jobs using the other name as an email alias and it snowballed from there :p

There's mine anyway.

Alright, here is one for any Australians suspicious of the Whitlam Dismissal [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Australian_constitutional_crisis_of_1975].

The CIA or NSA or some secret agency had been monitoring an Unidentified Flying Object in high orbit above the earth in the early seventies, and were prepared to make contact with it.

Surprisingly, instead it came into the atmosphere somewhere above Queensland, Australia. Perceiving it as a threat, Gough Whitlam, the Prime Minister of the time, ordered it shot down but for no information to be released to the public.

More surprisingly, conventional weaponry proved effective against it. Gough ordered the remains to be secured and kept secret for study of alien technology. When the American agencies realised what happened they told Nixon, who requested, off the record, that the remains be sent to the US.

Being a near socialist after a long conservative period of politics, and also believing Australia had greater claim to any possible technology, Gough refused Nixon's request.

Infuriated, Nixon went through back channels to the Australian opposition leader Malcom Fraser, and told him that he would pressure the Governor General into sacking Whitlam if Fraser agreed to hand over the UFO remains when elected. *GASP!*

And so it all happened, but was kept from public knowledge.

Eh? Eh? All making sense now...?

About the rainbows being made by chemicals in the air...she's right. Water is technically a chemical. To spoil it for those that don't already know this joke, it can be referred to as dihydrogen monoxide. For thos of you suckered by the sites calling to ban this 'harmful' chemical...I'm sorry.

As for my conspiracy...

The Bioware/Lucasarts announcement of a game rumored about for years is really going to announce Duke Nukem Forever. The wording of the announcement will be such.

We'd like to finally announce the game you've all been waiting years for...

Duke Nukem Forever!

(Crowd is slackjawed, speaker breaks into song)
Never gonna give you up!
Never gonna let you down...

*amused smile spreads accross face* Hmm... now where have I heard those infamous words before? Right... with conspiracy theorists!

so not realy a conspiracy
A conspiracy that is not true is not a conspiracy but fantasy. A conspiracy theory on the other hand may be either true or fantasy.

Airline companys want to kill people in the eventuality of a crash, if someone dies in a crash the payout is less than someone who is disabled you see.

The safety position is actualy intended to snap your kneck like a twig killing you instantly when the plane crashes.

This way they cut down on the ammount they pay your family by a huge ammount. So even if you may live, you die. That is why the ammount of deaths from crashes is so high and servivors are practicly unheard of unless there in private airplanes.
Bullshit from start 'til end.

If you sit up straight, once the body of the aircraft starts slamming into things, your body will start thrashing wildly from side to side, or into the seat in front of you. If your head impacts anything, that is alot more likely to snap your neck than would if you are sitting in the brace position. Not only that but as long as you sit up straight, you are much more likely to get hit in the head by flying debris.

Much more information on the brace position and why your claim is nothing but a load of fetid dingos kidneys:
http://www.snopes.com/travel/airline/brace.asp

Also, why don't you explain how come 185 out of 296 people walked away from the crash of United Airlines Flight 232 [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NeAKR3AiUEI] when everyone used the brace position? If your theory is correct, they would have all been dead.

now I know some people are in dire need of attention from any possible source, but these folks really need a grip. What's next? someone saying we're not real too? That this is all an illusion?

Then again, this being the internet, the chance of it being around already is significant...

Um, what?

I've never heard that one before.

But it's agreeable that Malcolm Fraser was a dickhead.

I mean, he got a hold over the senate, and he used it to put an embargo on Gough Whitlam's government. As a result, the Whitlam Government didn't have the money to put any of their policies in action, and John Kerr (The Governor General) stepped in and got rid of Gough to stop the trouble.

Seriously, he's the best thing that's happened to the country, and the Liberals ousted him with cheap technicalities.

(It's funny, the Liberals are actually our conservative party; Labor (Whitlam's Government) is left-wing.)

Graham Norton is actually 4 people who all look the same. Its the only explanation for how he is on about every TV program in Britain.

No, your summation is correct in regards to the dismissal, I don't believe that UFO thing for second, its just my favorite conspiracy theory by far because of its ridiculous nature.

I'm not disagreeing with you.

Kevin Rudd is way too right-wing to be a Labor politician.

EDIT: However, his predecessor, Mark Latham, was so psychotically left-wing that he went off the spectrum.

We gotta find a balance somewhere don't we?

Also what i meant to add as to why that is my favourite theroy is because I love the mental image of Gough seeing the UFO on a trip to Queensland and literally 'shooting it down' himself with a .22, and then just camping out on the remains to protect them from Nixon until he was sacked.

...Don't judge me okay?
