Which once released into the air would separate the hydrogen atom from oxygen leaving huge pockets of pure fuel grade oxygen in an area that could probably be ignited from the sun's rays alone. Hydrogen and Oxygen make water, not air. Oxygen is already in its base form in the air and yet no spontaneous explosions. And it would be impossible to split them in liquid water, oxygen turns to gas at -300F and hydrogen at -400F. So you're better off freezing the planet.
