Mass hydrogen ping.

Which once released into the air would separate the hydrogen atom from oxygen leaving huge pockets of pure fuel grade oxygen in an area that could probably be ignited from the sun's rays alone. Which could probably cause a catalyst in a body of water and then in less than a second the entire Pacific could be a literal ocean of fire.

All in all game over.

Hydrogen and Oxygen make water, not air. Oxygen is already in its base form in the air and yet no spontaneous explosions. And it would be impossible to split them in liquid water, oxygen turns to gas at -300F and hydrogen at -400F. So you're better off freezing the planet.

um dube water seperates into oxygen and hydrogen if you run electricty through it. It's like the whole concept behind the hydrogen fule cell.
