i was on the roof of no mercy when the tank knocked me off, it was quite sad, i felt like id been pwned

I can relate to the Metroid Prime one, however mine wasn't so much a death as totally weird. I was walking around in Phendrana Drifts when I fell through the ground... I fell through the ground and ended up in a black void. 3 hours from my last save I was stuck and couldn't do anything but turn the Game Cube off and restart, so even though it wasn't a death it was pretty inconvenient.

on gta sa i had a guy park on me and not move because i was in the way so i sat for awhile and finally died

Probably the time i was fooling around with the "Garrys bombs" add on for Garrysmod and accidentally detonated a Liquid Tiberium Bomb not 2 feet away. They need to make these things less sensitive to impact....

Oh and there was this one time i was given noclip during a game of ctf_well in tf2. I hastily went for the enemy Intel room. Guess what was waiting for me. That's right, a level 3 sentry. Can you say "meat fireworks"?

And i suppose every WoW death on my priest whose root cause was forgetting replenish mana before the battle, leaving me with no option but the beat on it with my cudgel.... my priest is very low level...

I ran off a cliff at the very beginning of the level "Farm house finale" in L4D.

Playing Cod 4 online, hiding in a corner to recover health, and when a guy comes, I'm still low on health, so I turn around and start running, forgeting that the only thing behind me is a wall.

I died.

Straight up fallout 3. hadnt saved for an hour, and walked into an aleyway with a shouty crazy guy- boom.

dead as a doornail. i swore so much my roommate shouted at me through the wall
