The late, great Chris Latta who portrayed Cobra Commander, Starscream, Wheeljack, Gung-Ho and originated Mr. Burns. Alongside Frank "God" Welker and Peter Cullen (both fantastic) these guys voiced my childhood and still echo in my mind whenever I read GI Joe or Transformers works.

I've always liked Tom Kane, he voices Marquis Halim Ondore in Final Fantasy XII and Magneto from Wolverine and the X-men, in addition to a huge amount of other minor stuff.
