Roller Coaster Tycoon 1+2, for a nice break from killing things.
And also possibly the most addictive games i'ev ever played. Honestly, i've probably racked up more play time on the rollercoaster tycoon series than any other gaming franchise (and that includes my obsession with the final fantasy series).

G Police - play now or else you will die

And

Sacrifice - also play now or else you will die.

Hmm i guess you are screwed then, since you have to play both games or else you will die. And you cant play 2 games at the same time so you will die anyway

I'm surprised that no one has mentioned Star Control 2, that would have to be one of my favorite games from when I was younger.

Dig Dug.

I win with my superior nostalgia card.
I love that game! I was overjoyed when about 9 years ago, I found a collection of arcade PC ports, including Dig Dug. Inflating Pookas and Fygars until they pop never gets old.\

Also, most of Infocom's text adventures.

I just find it funny seeing everyone's definition of "Outdated." We have seen a range from The Quest games of old, to Oblivion and others from this generation!
It's great to see that gaming is only getting more and more popular. =D

There are quite a few that I love, and concider outdated, let me know if you guys enjoyed these as much as I did. Can't beat a bit of nostalgia!

- The first Monkey Island game. Probably the first game I ever played, sat at my Father's Amiga. Of course I was probably too young for most of the humour to really hit me, but I have endevoured to get an old amiga and play this game again, to give it a proper chance.

- Cannonfodder for the Megadrive. Gameplay was simple, and just simply worked and the music and game sounds were mindblowing to me at the time.

- Streets of Rage for the Megadrive again. For replayability, I still love this one, used to play it on co-op with my father most days!

- Shining Force 1 n' 2 Megadrive. The first thing that got me playing games for hours at a time, I just loved the feeling of really progressing through this great story.

- Suikoden for the PSone. My all time favourite game. I could talk about this shamefully overlooked Konami classic RPG all day, but instead I will recommend that all true game fans play it at some stage.

- Vandal Hearts Psone. Konami again, this time a brilliant tactical RPG, I just replayed this one recently, and still love it.

A fan of some of the old Final Fantasy games, the first Unreal Tourniment and Metal Gear Solid games, but I sha'nt go on :D

Let me know if you guys have loved these ones. :D

Well, fail. From your current status, you can't really make me feel awkward. X3
:( Pedo bear does not give his seal of approval.
I think his [http://www.funnyjunk.com/funny_pictures/15063/Pedobot/] seal of approval is worth more.

Chrono Trigger (borrowed it from a friend and never got to finish it...) or Final Fantasy 8 (no flaming me for that choice, FF7 is great too, just never actually got to play it lol).

The entire Tony Hawk series is pretty much timeless. Graphics aside, the first game is every bit as good as the newest one.
