Your favorite absurd disaster scenarios.

So, I want to hear all of your favorite absurd disaster scenarios, preferably one that could happen by the laws of physics, maybe.
My favorite is all the rain in a giant raincloud falling at once in one drop, causing a super get of water to sprout from the droplet after almost setting fire to the grass, ripping through an entire city, destroying it with ease.

The Sun crashing into Earth

A giant meteor crashes into the earth, but instead of exploding digs a hole all the way to the center. Thus the largest volcano ever is created, and everything inside of the earth comes spewing out. Effectively turning the earth inside-out, and starting all over! Only with the mass of one giant meteor added to it.

The spiders of the world get fed up with being so unfairly hated, so they go on a hunger strike, refusing to eat any more harmful insects. As a result, all of humanity is sucked dry by the now unchecked swarms of mosquitoes.

The sun getting closer to the planet and the planet heating up so hot that you can't be in the sun at all during the day or else your skin will burn. Kinda like the Quarian (I think) planet in Mass Effect universe. That wouldn't be cool.

The earth just stopping all of the sudden quite abruptly and everyone flung into the nearest wall.

A comet or something with enough force/mass crashes into the moon, knocking it out of its current orbit and sends into a collision course with Earth.

I'm not sure what would happen if Luna and Earth collide, but I'm sure it wouldn't be pretty.

a creature that abosorbs all energy (kinetic, heat ect) and grows based on energy absorbed whole getting smalled as it expands it.
it would be unstoppable, because any actino we try to do agaisnt it will only feed it. it wil lget fed by sunlight so it wont die on its own. eventually whoel earth will be covered. there was a film with simialr idea but it was so bad i forgot the name

I have to say I expected getting ninjad' on this but the Jampocalypse was a nice little twiest of an apocalypse.

Other than that... Zombie Sheep or maybe trees that come semi to life and try to kill everything.

And mixed in with their organs are big spiders with faces like their parents, but in clown makeup, and they are all grinning at you.
