Well, my second choice for a teacher would be Welkin Gunther from Valkyria Chronicles (my avatar). LOTS of field trips to see nature at work! =D
Hm...Ichigo from Bleach or Rock Lee from Naruto...Ichigo would probably teach us how to do Soul Reaper stuff, while Lee would tell us how to be optomistic in the face of impossible odds.
