I like a lot of bands but if I had to pick just one, I'd have to say Sting/The Police. I've probably liked them consistantly and without pause for the longest of any band I've heard. They've always had good songs ever since I first started listening to them in the early 80's.

My favorite genre is alternative rock (though I sometimes think that it's just a convienient lable to stick on music that really defies being catagorized)

Overall absolutely love pop. (But not the cheesy manufactured rubbish of the 90's).

Fave band? McFly. Also love Son of Dork, The Script, The Jonas Brothers, The Saturdays and Scouting for Girls. Oh, love a bit of 80' music as well, Blondie, The Eurhythmics and Bonnie Tyler.

My favourite band is what tickles my toes in that specific moment. Therefore, I have no favourite band. The last couple of days, it's been Marakesh (More known with Jdat, from Vladivostok FM). I also don't have a favourite genre, but mostly I listen to rock. Almost all genres, except emo/screamo and the rest of associated whiny rock (no offense listeners of these genres).

my favourite band changes all the time, and so does the genre.
at the moment im listening to a lot of Drum and bass, especially DJ Fresh and The Qemists, so i guess those at the moment.

favorite band is Paramore! They've released about 50 songs and done background music for the movie Twilight (I haven't seen it yet though).

They're good yeah, but AC/DC is the best band ever. Closely followed by Trap door
