After much research I've compiled a list of my favorite 5 beers. Keep in mind I'll drink almost anything in front of me except IPAs (they're too bitter).

1. St. Bernardus abt 12
2. Delirium Tremens
3. Maudite
4. Saison Brett
5. Paulaner Hefeweizen
You actually like that swill "Maudite" and put it in the top 3!? I tried that one when I was in college and it was pretty disgusting.

If I have to pick a fav beer it's probably "Alexander Keith's IPA" or "Mill St. Belgian Wit".

I don't like any of the Unibroue Beer (Maudite, Fin du Monde, Blanche de Chambly) which is weird since I've not met too many beers I did not like.
I don't mind the Maudite when it's at about 45 degrees F... though the last Unibroue I had (Fin du Monde) must have had a yeast problem because it sat VERY heavy in my stomach and started to expand. I couldn't stop burping. Another experience like that and I may drift to something else.

It helps if you drink it out of an etched goblet to get that "beernado" effect.

Fosters (for me I prefer from the can than tap, but that may be because the student bar can be a bit crappy)
Bud in a glass bottle
I had hobgoblin the other day (although thats an ale) and I quite liked that
I do like cider at times, mostly scrumpy jack but I am happy with strong bow
I will pretty much drink anything as long as it isn't Stella or has Tabasco in it

I don't like beer. I've hated the taste of nearly every beer I've ever tried, so I'm going to take that to mean that beer isn't really for me. If I'm drinking (relatively) light drinks, then I'll have cider.

As for other drinks...I like pan-galactic gargle-blasters. Incidentally, I am sending this from beyond the grave.

But seriously though. My choice of alcohol is spirits. Whiskey, rum, brandy and maybe vodka (as long as it's not the horrible machine-lubricant that they try to flog us in the UK). If it's a decent spirit I'll refuse to mix it because that's a waste. But if it's fairly low quality stuff then I'll mix it with some coke or possibly another low-quality spirit. Amaretto and scotch is nice. That combination is called The Godfather I believe.

I love real ale, and as a result we'd be here all day if i tried to list off my favourites.

On terms of a frosty lager i'm very partial to Kronenbourg, followed by Becks and Carlsberg.

Massive dissaproval for Carling, Fosters and San Miguel.

Chalk Hill Tap followed by Fat Cat Best. Unless you've been to the same pubs that I have, its unlikely that you've even heard of them.

pilsner urquell, because that was the first and it tastes so fresh. heineken tastes nice but is too expensive. if i want to get drunk it usually only has to look good from the outside so i can convince myself it´s okay at least. i also like corona or desperados, but that is not a real beer to me, it´s more a brew...

I haven't tried that many, so it'll be...

Broadside (a kentish ale, my uncle let me try it)
Guinness (even though I'm only 16, I found the taste really quite appealing... My dad thought I would hate it too...)
Miller (I know, I know, it's a weak as piss american brand, but I've become used to it over the few years since I was introduced to alcohol!)

However, all beers pale into insignificance against the joy of Jack Daniel's!
