Yep, Argentinean comic, Canadian television series, with Tokyo Movie Shinsha animating. Half way through the production of the show, the contract with that animation company fell through which is such a shame... it had such a unique feel to it. :c
Also, I've always been curious as to what the whole theme song sounds like... the producers never released it :c

That's a shame.. I remember coming home to watch this show, which actually has a pretty rad theme song as well... especially with all that high tech gadgetry at the beginning
