here [http://www.theflatearthsociety.org/forum/index.php?topic=1324.0] is a list of everything they believe, in case you don't want to look through the site.
Wow. That was so stupid, yet I couldn't stop reading it.

OT: I don't really know any conspiracy theories very well. I guess I'm just not interested in what the crazies think.

I have my own, which involves that the Earth does not have a core and that all the world leaders and scientists are simply trying to cover up the fact that instead, there is a massive hamster wheel, which is kept turning by Godzilla.

No, this theory does not explain volcanic activity but.. Shu'p.
Godzilla breathes fire every once in awhile, and that makes lava! And earthquakes happen when he isnt fed enough and throws a tantrum.
You my friend, are a genius! Now that the pieces of the puzzle have been formed, the people of The Escapist know the truth.
cept that godzilla doesnt breath fire but some kind of atomic ray thing

The JFK assassination theory, specifically that Lee Harvey Oswald was framed or set up and that the real killer was on the Grassy Knoll. Because there's a mountainload of forensic evidence against it and one movie in favour of the theory, everyone with no clue believes that a conspiracy killed JFK. As someone with extensive knowledge of the assassination, I find it entertainingly easy to outargue these people.

My flatmate brought home a conspiracy magazine the other day, being told it was hilarious. So I started readiong. There was this section that went on about an alien mining base called Luna on the moon, and NASA had known about it for centuries (CENTURIES!?). But the way it described itself, it felt like it was something I wrote when I was twelve.

And a picture of the back was of a wicked waterfall, with those little ball things that show up when small drops of water get on the lense. Underneath the picture, "Orbs at >insert waterfall name here<". I was so depressed.

That we are a result of some aliens messing with ape DNA in order to use us as a slave race. And that the pyramids are ancient power plants. And the most absurd of all: Jesus was really Cesarion, Cesar's and Cleopatra's son, who after visiting Tibet came up with the plan to invent a religion for the Jews to rule the world forever. Apparently Mary Magdalene and Thomas were his siblings, and the statue of liberty is modeled after a pregnant Mary Magdalene. Scandinavians are in fact the lost Judaic tribe Dan and their descendants are the royal family which has tremendous power over the world. Their base of operation is London along with the Vatican and Washington DC which are secret independent nations. That's some really underground stuff I'm telling ya :p

That the Twin Towers attack was caused by the simulaneous detonation of several hundred tons of termite and/or a plane shaped missile. Disrespectful to the entire police force involved as well as the firefighters (particularly those whose collegues died as a result), and the majority of the US goverment. Since they would all have to be in on it.

Not to mention how utterly absurd it is to say crap about the building falling faster than free fall (it clearly doesnt plus they tend to give falsified estimates that are FASTER than free fall).

I heard a strange one before that the Queen and all the British royal family are actually a pack of alien-lizardlike creatures donning human skin. Not sure what the justification was I just remembering it making me laugh
